Villa Meliti is a modern 190 m2 newly build villa with an outdoor space of 600 m2  featuring a barbeque by the lawn and a 50 m2 swimming pool. The Villa is part of a 4000 m2 private green plot.

 

The living room is located at the ground floor, with a 42'' LCD satellite TV, home cinema and a Roku streaming device with an active Netflix subscription. The kitchen, fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and a cooker with ceramic hearth. Finally, one out of four bedrooms is located at the ground floor of the villa.

 

At the first floor there are three bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, a 26'' LCD flat screen TV, air-condition units  with individual climate control and feature comfortable mattresses and bedding, a spacious wardrobe, fine linens, towels, beach towels and safe box. 

 

At Villa Meliti you will find free wi fi internet connection throughout the premises, books, and board games, a mini golf isle and a ping pong table.

 

The sandy beach of Kalamaki is at 300 meters and it is well organized with beach umbrellas and sunbeds. There you can also find restaurants and coffee shops. Within those 300 meters towards the beach you can find two grocery stores. The bus stop is a few meters away from the Villa with the bus passing frequently. Among stops is the scenic Agii Apostoli beach and final destination is Chania downtown.
